STARRVOR – Over the last several years, Starr Sheppard-Decker and Trevor Massey have combined their musical and writing talents, bringing their own flavor of what they call “mostly rock” music to audiences in the Portland area. Performing a combination of original and popular material at various coffee-houses, clubs and events, they have attracted a loyal following who never fail to show up for their dose of Starr’s soulful voice and Trevor’s stirring guitar strains. The magic they make as a duo is clear to the eyes, the ears and especially to the heart.

StarrVor lists their interests as: “Singing, Music, Laughter, Tea, Supporting Local Sustainable Businesses with our Time and $$: Peace and Love, Dude.” Trevor has been writing music for many years and plays acoustic & electric guitar, bass, keyboards and drums. In addition, his “Chef” status comes in handy in the kitchen! Starr is currently serving her second term as President of the Portland Center for Spiritual Living’s “Core Council”, is a licensed Practitioner, Peace Worker with Sharif Abdullah, enjoys her “other job” as a DJ, and most of all dedicates herself to her family life with three sons Derek, Coi, Zayne and husband Adam on Portland’s east side.
